ITC Hotels expands Fortune Hotels brand in Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh

ITC Hotels Limited has signed agreements to expand its Fortune Hotels brand with two new properties in Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh. The expansion targets Tier II and Tier III destinations to serve growing commercial and pilgrimage markets.

Fortune Park Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh is a 60-room brownfield development featuring an all-day dining restaurant and banquet spaces. It is scheduled to open in December 2026, catering to the region's agro-based industries and wood-carving sectors.

In Andhra Pradesh, Fortune Park Mantralayam will be the first branded hotel in the pilgrimage destination. The 79-room property is expected to open in the final quarter of fiscal year 2026-27, providing amenities for visiting pilgrims and families.
