itel launches A300C smartphone with 6,000mAh battery

itel has launched the A300C, an entry-level smartphone, in the Indian market. Priced at approximately ₹10,999 (about $115), the device features a 6,000mAh battery with 18W charging support.

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.56-inch LCD screen offering a 720 x 1612 resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a Unisoc T7100 octa-core chipset and runs on Android 16 Go Edition, a version of the operating system optimized for devices with lower memory. The hardware configuration includes 4GB of physical RAM and 64GB of internal storage, with a microSD slot supporting expansion up to 2TB.

Notably, the A300C has obtained MIL-STD-810H certification, indicating it has passed US military-standard drop testing, though it lacks official dust or water resistance ratings. Additional features include an 8MP main rear camera, a 5MP front camera, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
