ITV crime thriller ‘The Blame’ stars Michelle Keegan and Douglas Booth

ITV has released its new six-part crime thriller, ‘The Blame’, starring Michelle Keegan and Douglas Booth. The series follows detectives Emma Crane and Tom Radley as they investigate the death of Sophie Madsen, a teenage figure skater in the fictional town of Wakestead.

The investigation uncovers institutional misconduct, misogyny, and cover-ups within the Wakestead Police Station. The first episode concludes with a plot twist involving dashcam footage that shows Madsen entering Radley’s car less than an hour before her death, shifting his role from investigator to potential suspect.

Actor Douglas Booth, known for roles in ‘The Sandman’ and ‘Romeo & Juliet’, stars in the series alongside Keegan. Booth is married to actress Bel Powley, known for her work in ‘The Morning Show’ and ‘Everything I Know About Love’.
