Ivaiporã police impound abandoned vehicle in city center

The Military Police impounded an abandoned Citroen vehicle in central Ivaiporã on Wednesday morning. The car was found parked irregularly on Avenida Maranhão with its doors left open, posing a potential risk to traffic flow and security.

During a routine check, officers discovered a discrepancy in the vehicle's registration: while the system listed the municipality of Curitiba, the physical license plate indicated Quatro Barras. Although the vehicle's licensing and chassis status were found to be regular, the combination of the irregular parking, the open doors, and the registration inconsistency led authorities to take action. A local resident reported that the car had been left in that location since Tuesday afternoon. The vehicle was towed to a Detran impound lot, and relevant traffic notifications were issued.
