Ivan Prtajin scores on comeback in DFB-Pokal

Ivan Prtajin, a striker for 1. FC Kaiserslautern, scored a decisive goal during his first appearance in nine months. After suffering a ruptured Achilles tendon in January, the 30-year-old Croatian player was substituted into the match against Hannover 96 in the 80th minute.

Just six minutes after entering the pitch, Prtajin scored a header to secure a 2-0 victory for Kaiserslautern in the DFB-Pokal. Following the goal, the player expressed his gratitude to the medical staff, teammates, and fans for their support during his long recovery period.
