Ivan Savvidis sets European goals for PAOK academy

Ivan Savvidis, owner of PAOK FC, met with academy officials to review recent progress and outline future objectives for the club’s youth development programs. Savvidis recognized the academy as the best in Greece, noting that its success is evidenced by players transitioning to the first team and subsequent transfers to major European leagues.

The club aims to elevate the academy from a national leader to one of the best in Europe. To achieve this, Savvidis emphasized the integration of new technologies to improve player preparation and injury prevention.

Significant investments are also planned, including the development of a training center in Surati, which is expected to cost tens of millions of euros. Savvidis highlighted that the academy's mission extends beyond football, focusing on the holistic development of young athletes.
