Ivan Savvidis urges PAOK FC players to prioritize unity and championship goals

PAOK FC owner Ivan Savvidis addressed the squad during a training session at Nea Mesimvria to reinforce the club’s primary objectives. Savvidis stated that the main goal is to win the championship, with the cup being a secondary target if possible.

During his speech, Savvidis emphasized the necessity of unity, discipline, and team spirit, noting that “goals are achieved by the team and not by individuals.” He expressed satisfaction with the players' recent reactions following previous discussions and urged them to maintain that same approach in every match.

Savvidis also spoke to the players about their connection to the club and its supporters. He encouraged younger players to build their futures at the club, while suggesting to veteran players that PAOK could remain a reference point for them even after their playing careers end. Additionally, the owner consulted with coaching staff, including Alessio Lisi, and inquired about the recovery progress of injured players.
