Ivan Vujović criticizes NSD over Montenegro political direction

Ivan Vujović, a leader of the European Alliance, has issued a sharp response to the Nova srpska demokratija (NSD) party following their announcement of a forthcoming political declaration regarding reconciliation in Montenegro.

Vujović criticized the NSD for opposing strategic state policies, stating that their past actions disqualify them from leadership roles. He specifically challenged Andrija Mandić to reconcile with the Constitution of Montenegro, the country's sovereignty, and its membership in the EU and NATO.

Vujović further argued that the party must embrace antifascism and accept the legitimacy of Montenegrin identity alongside other ethnic groups, including Bosniaks, Albanians, Muslims, and Croats. He suggested that instead of the term “reconciliation,” the political landscape requires “awareness and enlightenment.”
