Ivana Milićević elected president of HSU Ploče

Ivana Milićević has been unanimously elected as the new president of the Croatian Party of Retirees (HSU) City Organization in Ploče. The election assembly, which included various regional party leaders, also appointed Nikolina Jerković as vice president and Tina Vujević as secretary.

Milićević’s program focuses on improving living conditions for retirees, enhancing healthcare and social welfare, and supporting Croatian veterans and war invalids. Key initiatives include collaborating with the City of Ploče and Dubrovnik-Neretva County to establish a Center for Older Persons and advocating for the procurement of defibrillators for the city. Additionally, the new leadership aims to improve public transportation for the elderly, students, and pupils to ensure better access to education and services.
