Ivana Španović defends Serbian triple jump title in Kraljevo
At the Serbian Athletics Championships in Kraljevo, Ivana Španović retained her national triple‑jump crown, leaping 14.08 m in the final round to surpass Aleksandrija Mitrović (13.73 m) and claim her third consecutive title and 15th national gold.
Mitrović earned silver, while Natalija Dragojević took bronze with 13.20 m. Fellow Serbian stars also posted standout performances: Adriana Vilagoš defended the javelin title with 60.67 m, Luka Bošković won the long jump with an exact 8.00 m, and Mina Stanković set a new national record in the 5000 m walk (22:06). The championships featured 145 athletes across sprint, jump, throw and distance events, highlighting the depth of Serbia’s track and field talent ahead of the upcoming European Championships in Birmingham.
