While performing the song ‘Em Busca da Minha Sorte’, Sangalo left the stage to embrace and kiss Maia, who was watching from the wings.

The couple has been linked since early 2026 through professional connections, as Maia is a partner at the production company Super Sounds and involved in Sangalo’s samba and pagode tour. Their first public romantic appearance occurred in May during a wedding in Maratea, Italy. This relationship follows the end of Sangalo’s marriage to Daniel Cady, which was announced in November 2025.
