Iván Bolaño Baute appointed acting director of SENA Cesar

Iván Arturo Bolaño Baute has assumed the role of acting director for the SENA Cesar Regional. His appointment was formalized through Resolution No. 1-03148 of 2026, effective September 24, 2026.

Bolaño Baute brings 32 years of experience within SENA to the position, having previously served in roles involving academic coordination, business development, and as sub-director of the Agro-business Center and the Center for Innovation and Business and Cultural Management. His professional background also includes serving as the Municipal Secretary of Education for Valledupar from 2020 to 2023.

An engineer with specializations in project design, pedagogy, and project administration, Bolaño Baute stated that his management will focus on strengthening integral professional training, employment, and entrepreneurship by aligning the institution with the productive sectors and regional needs.
