IVN Natuureducatie launches 21-day nature challenge

IVN Natuureducatie has launched the ‘Ga even Groen’ campaign, inviting residents of North Brabant to participate in a 21-day challenge to experience nature consciously. Starting October 10, participants will receive a short nature-related task via email every day for three weeks.

These tasks are designed to be completed in a person's immediate living environment and require only a few minutes. Examples include listening to bird sounds, searching for autumn traces, or observing the surroundings with intention. The initiative aims to combine scientific insights regarding the positive impact of nature on well-being with the concept that small, daily habits can increase happiness and relaxation.
