Iván Torres to return to TVN following health complications

Meteorologist Iván Torres is expected to return to Televisión Nacional de Chile (TVN) next week after a three-month absence. Torres, 68, has been away from the screen since July due to health issues involving prostatitis that were reportedly complicated by hospital-acquired infections.

During his convalescence, Torres experienced a significant weight loss of more than 10 kilograms. His return to the public channel will be gradual, initially involving half-day shifts to allow him to adjust to his professional routine as his health stabilizes.
