IWAPI founder supports candidates for 2026 leadership election

Dewi Motik, the founder and current Chair of the Honor Board of the Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Association (IWAPI), has expressed support for the upcoming National Congress (Munas) scheduled for November 2026.

Two candidates, Hana Hasanah Fadel Muhammad and Dra. Tatyana Sentani Sutara, have officially registered to compete for the position of General Chairperson. Motik described the emergence of two candidates as a sign of healthy democratization within the organization. She confirmed that both candidates have met the 12 requirements established by the Munas Steering Committee.

Addressing inquiries regarding the validity of Hana Hasanah Fadel Muhammad’s training certificate, Motik affirmed its legitimacy, noting it was issued following training completed in February. Motik emphasized the importance of a fair, safe, and peaceful election process, calling for equal opportunities for both candidates.
