Ixtapa man hospitalized following home assault

A 48-year-old man was hospitalized in Puerto Vallarta after being assaulted at his home in the Ixtapa delegation. The victim, identified as Eleno, sustained head trauma, facial wounds, and various abrasions during the attack.

According to municipal security officials, an unidentified man arrived at the victim's residence in the 24 de Febrero neighborhood and began striking him. The assailant fled the scene before police arrived. Although the victim received urgent medical attention at the Regional Hospital, he stated he does not wish to pursue legal action against the aggressor.
