IzanagiGames releases launch trailer for live-action game AKIBA LOST

IzanagiGames has released a launch trailer for its live-action suspense game, ‘AKIBA LOST’, ahead of its release on platforms including PS5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC (Steam). The game is a multi-perspective ensemble drama set in Akihabara, centered around a mystery involving a series of disappearances.

The title features a unique ‘freeze’ system where players can advance other characters' stories to resume a stalled narrative, alongside a 360-degree camera system for investigation. While a six-episode live-action drama was previously aired on Nippon TV to support the game, the new trailer suggests the game's content may differ significantly from the television version, including more shocking imagery.

Various editions are available, including a Digital Deluxe Edition that bundles the full game with the original soundtrack, the drama movie, and pixel-art character costume sets. A demo is currently available on the eShop, with save data transferable to the full version.
