Izaque Silva requests two-month leave from Presidente Prudente Council

Izaque Silva, a councilman for the Liberal Party (PL) in Presidente Prudente, has requested a two-month leave of absence from the Municipal Chamber. The requested period runs from August 18 to October 18, 2026, without pay, to attend to private interests.

The leave coincides with the upcoming electoral campaign, as Silva is a candidate for state deputy in the 2026 elections. If approved by a simple majority, his substitute, Paulo do Imperial, will assume his seat. Silva, a former federal deputy, was elected to the current term with 2,464 votes.
