Izine releases debut solo album ‘Musica sostenibile’

Emilian singer-songwriter Izine has released his first solo album, titled ‘Musica sostenibile’ (Sustainable Music). The ten-track project explores the contradictions of modern life, extending the concept of sustainability beyond environmentalism to include technology, social media, consumerism, and human relationships.

Key themes in the album include the influence of artificial intelligence, the obsession with aesthetic perfection, and the impact of social networks on personal value. Musically, the work incorporates elements of pop, new wave, and 1980s influences. The album was produced in collaboration with Michele Guberti.

In an effort to align the physical product with the album's themes, a vinyl version is available through a collaboration with Il Vinilificio di Bologna, utilizing eco-friendly vinyl made from recycled materials.
