İzmir Metropolitan Municipality provides AI training for staff and tradesmen

The İzmir Metropolitan Municipality has organized artificial intelligence training for municipal staff and representatives from the İzmir Union of Chambers of Tradesmen and Craftsmen. Coordinated by the municipality’s Tradesmen and Craftsmen Branch Directorate, the program aims to increase the digital transformation capacity of both local government and professional chambers.

The training sessions provided practical instruction on using AI tools for corporate activities, including correspondence, content creation, presentation preparation, reporting, data analysis, and meeting preparations. The goal is to equip participants with the fundamental competencies required to use these technologies effectively and securely in their daily work processes.

Mert Aslan, the Branch Director, stated that the initiative is intended to improve the quality of services provided to citizens, tradesmen, and artisans by enabling institutions to operate more quickly and efficiently through technological transformation.
