İzocam appoints Barış Orbay as Sales and Marketing Director

Barış Orbay has been appointed as the Sales and Marketing Director at İzocam, a leading brand in Turkey's insulation sector, effective August 24, 2026.

Orbay brings over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, brand and product management, dealer channel management, and commercial operations. A graduate of Yıldız Technical University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the same institution, he is proficient in English and French.

His professional background includes roles at Takosan as an R&D Engineer and at Demirdöküm in product management. He spent approximately 18 years at Arçelik, holding senior positions such as Marketing Director for Beko and Altus across Turkey, the Middle East, Russia, and Africa, as well as Sales Director for Turkey. Following his tenure at Arçelik, he served as Assistant General Manager responsible for Marketing and Sales at Çanakkale Seramik. Most recently, since 2021, he held the position of Commercial Operations Director at Midea (formerly Teka) Turkey, overseeing sales, marketing, and export operations for Turkey, the Middle East, and the Caucasus regions.
