İZSU General Directorate renews mobile application for İzmir
The İZSU General Directorate of the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality has launched a comprehensively renewed mobile application. Developed using the institution's own internal resources, the update focuses on both visual design and the underlying technological infrastructure to provide faster and more secure access to services.
The new platform integrates several previously web-based functions, allowing users to manage subscriptions, inquire about and pay bills via secure infrastructure or QR codes, and track water consumption through graphical data. A new feature enables users to compare their monthly water usage against the average consumption of their specific neighborhood to encourage conscious water use.
Additionally, the application features an instant notification system to alert subscribers of water outages in their area. Users can also monitor dam occupancy rates and manage multiple subscription accounts within a single interface.
