Izumiya Shokudo to soft open in Ichikawa City

Izumiya Shokudo, a new restaurant directly managed by the long-standing butcher shop Niku no Izumiya, is scheduled for a soft opening in Miyakubo, Ichikawa City, on October 19, 2026.

The restaurant aims to showcase high-quality meats, including Hitachi no Kagayaki and domestic A5-rank beef, reflecting the expertise of its parent butcher shop. The soft opening will take place over four days—October 19, 20, 22, and 23—with lunch service available from 11:00 to 14:00.
