J Balvin performs for 100,000 fans at Rock in Rio 2026

Colombian reggaeton artist J Balvin performed a hit-filled set for approximately 100,000 fans at the Rock in Rio 2026 festival in Rio de Janeiro. The performance featured a career retrospective including tracks such as ‘Mi Gente’, ‘Ginza’, ‘I Like It’, and ‘Con Altura’.

To connect with the local audience, Balvin incorporated Brazilian musical elements, including a rendition of MC Fioti’s ‘Bum Bum Tam Tam’. The show included guest appearances by Brazilian producer Pedro Sampaio, who joined him for ‘Perversa’, and Melody, who performed ‘Jetski’. Balvin also performed versions of songs created with international collaborators such as Anitta, Rosalia, and Cardi B.
