Ja Morant previews Nike Ja 4 High on social media

NBA player Ja Morant has previewed the Nike Ja 4 High via his Instagram Stories. The new iteration features a zip-up high-top design, which Morant showcased in a Bright Crimson colorway intended to match his uniform.

The sneaker includes a JA-Frame containment system where the Nike swoosh forms a ‘J’ and the ‘A’ wraps around the sole. A notable detail is the zipper, which reads ‘Call Twelve’ as a tribute to his former jersey number, following his move to the Portland Trail Blazers where he will wear number one.

Morant described his approach to footwear design as prioritizing energy and standout aesthetics, noting that he aims to live up to the ‘Colorway King’ moniker by drawing inspiration from his personal life and moods.
