Ja Morant sells Memphis-area mansion for $3.2 million

NBA player Ja Morant has sold his Memphis-area mansion for approximately $3.23 million. The sale of the Eads, Tennessee, estate follows Morant’s recent trade from the Memphis Grizzlies to the Portland Trail Blazers.

The 13,000-square-foot property is situated on more than six acres within a gated community. The residence features seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, four half-bathrooms, a six-car garage, a movie theater, a salon, a swimming pool, a gazebo, and a private lake. Morant had originally listed the home in April for $3.5 million.

Morant had owned the property since 2022, having purchased it from former Grizzlies forward Kyle Anderson. The location held personal significance as it was situated near a home Morant purchased for his parents in 2019. The real estate transaction marks a significant step in his transition to Portland following a seven-season tenure with the Grizzlies.
