Jababeka Infrastruktur launches vocational training program in Bekasi

PT Jababeka Infrastruktur is expanding its Jababeka Community Acceleration Class (JClass) program to bridge the skills gap between vocational high school (SMK) graduates and industrial requirements in Bekasi Regency. The initiative has now reached eight schools, with the most recent session held at SMK Garuda Nusantara.

The program features three distinct training tracks: Career Acceleration Class for professional attitude and mental readiness, Digital Acceleration Class for digital and administrative skills, and Entrepreneur Acceleration Class to support local MSME development.

A key feature of JClass is the direct involvement of 18 industrial tenants within the Jababeka Industrial Estate. Companies such as PT Sintertech Indonesia, PT Precision Tools Service Indonesia, PT Astemo Bekasi Manufacturing, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, and PT Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia serve as instructors and partners in developing curriculum to ensure training aligns with current industry needs.
