Czech and Slovak regions finalize candidate lists for upcoming elections
Municipal and regional elections in the Czech Republic and Slovakia are approaching, with candidate lists being finalized across various regions.
In the Czech Republic, several regions are seeing significant shifts. In the Liberec region, the number of candidates has decreased compared to previous years, with one candidate running in a quarter of the municipalities. In the Karlovy Vary region, 33 municipalities will feature only a single candidate.
