Jablonec nad Nisou driver faces prison for driving under multiple bans

A 20-year-old driver in Jablonec nad Nisou faces up to two years in prison after being stopped by police in an Audi A6 Avant. The vehicle was initially flagged because it lacked a front license plate.

Upon inspection, authorities discovered the driver was currently serving two separate driving bans valid until early next year. Additionally, the vehicle failed to have a valid technical inspection. While breathalyzer and drug tests returned negative results, the driver is suspected of obstructing the execution of an official decision.
