Jablonec nad Nisou to host 11th annual sports event

The 11th annual Jablonecká neděle (Jablonec Sunday) will take place on September 6, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, in Jablonec nad Nisou. The event will be held in the area surrounding the Municipal Sports Hall, the swimming pool, and the Jablonec reservoir.

More than 40 sports clubs and interest organizations will participate, offering demonstrations, exhibitions, and the opportunity for children and families to try out dozens of different activities. The event aims to help parents and children find new hobbies and sports in one central location rather than visiting multiple recruitment sites across the city.

Organized by the company SUNDISK, the event is free to the public. This year's edition is part of the celebrations marking 160 years of Jablonec nad Nisou. Mayor Miloš Vele is providing patronage for the event, which focuses on promoting healthy movement and social connection through sport.
