Jaca hosts fifth annual charity race against Duchenne muscular dystrophy

More than 1,000 participants gathered in Jaca for the fifth edition of the ‘Jaca lucha contra Duchenne’ charity race. The event aimed to raise funds for research and improve the quality of life for those affected by Duchenne and Becker muscular dystrophy.

The race featured a tribute to the farmers who fought the Las Peñas de Riglos fires, with their tractors leading the start. Local officials, including the Mayor of Jaca, Carlos Serrano, and the President of the Jacetania Region, Olvido Moratinos, attended the event alongside volunteers and families from the Duchenne Parent Project España.
