Jacaranda Natural Resources debuts on ASX following $8M IPO

Jacaranda Natural Resources Limited (ASX: JRL) has commenced trading on the Australian Securities Exchange following a successful $8 million Initial Public Offering. The copper-gold exploration company listed at A$0.20 per share and holds approximately A$7.0 million in pro-forma cash to fund a 24-month exploration program.

The company is prioritizing immediate drilling at its Globe Gold Project in Botswana, where a drill rig is expected on-site within days. This initial program will consist of approximately 540 metres across eight diamond holes, targeting high-priority gold opportunities in the Tati Greenstone Belt. Other Botswana assets include the Motloutse and Nkwe projects, which cover over 2,500 square kilometres and are prospective for copper-nickel sulphide mineralisation.

In Australia, Jacaranda is preparing for fieldwork at the White Cockatoo Copper-Gold Project in central Queensland. This project contains more than 20 shallow copper and gold targets, as well as potential porphyry copper-gold targets. Maiden drilling at the White Cockatoo site is currently planned for early 2027.
