Jacareacanga strengthens local INSS social security services

The Jacareacanga City Hall, through its Municipal Secretariat of Social Assistance (SEMAS), has strengthened its social security services following a technical visit from the National Social Security Institute (INSS). The visit included training for staff responsible for the municipal service room, which operates under a Technical Cooperation Agreement.

This partnership allows residents to process social security procedures locally in Jacareacanga, eliminating the need to travel to other municipalities. The initiative aims to improve access to information, requests, and social security rights for the local population.
