Jack in the Box and Chipotle announce Halloween promotions

Several major fast-food chains are launching seasonal Halloween promotions involving costume-based discounts and themed menu items.

Jack in the Box has announced a promotion for October 24, where guests dressed as the company’s mascot, Jack, can receive a free Monster Taco and a small drink without a purchase. The company is also offering a Munchie Meal of Horror, which includes themed items such as a Double Krusty Burger of Terror or a Double Chicken Sandwich of Terror, served with curly fries, tacos, and exclusive Halloween-themed packaging. Some locations may also offer collectible cups inspired by The Simpsons Treehouse of Horror.

Chipotle is running its annual Boorito deal on October 31. Starting at 3 p.m., Rewards members who visit select restaurants in costume can receive a discounted entree, priced at approximately $6 depending on the location. The offer applies to burritos, bowls, salads, or tacos.
