Jack & Jill raises $40 million for AI-driven hiring platform

Jack & Jill has secured $40 million in Series A funding to expand its AI-powered hiring marketplace. Led by Air Street Capital with participation from Madrona and Antler, the round brings the company’s total funding to $60 million within ten months.

The platform utilizes two distinct AI agents to bypass traditional job applications. An agent named Jack represents job seekers by learning their career ambitions and salary expectations, while an agent named Jill represents employers to understand their specific hiring needs. When a strong match is identified, the agents facilitate a direct introduction to the hiring decision-maker.

To date, the platform has facilitated approximately 25,000 interviews without traditional applications. Jack’s network has grown to roughly 350,000 people, and Jill has worked with approximately 5,000 businesses, including companies such as Ramp, Attio, and Multiverse.
