Jack Perry advances AEW title quest and challenges Samoa Joe

Jack Perry has made progress in his pursuit of the AEW World Championship, completing two key stages of his quest, though the total number of requirements remaining is currently unknown.

During a recent episode of AEW Dynamite, Perry issued a challenge to former champion Samoa Joe, calling for him to return to the ring to face him. The segment included visual references to the “Joe is going to kill you” chant. Samoa Joe has been absent from AEW since May while filming a new season of the series Twisted Metal. If the match occurs, it would mark the first time the two competitors have shared a ring. Perry's recent performance has been difficult, following a 0-6 streak in various match types since signing a new contract in July.
