Jack Willis wins Top 14 Player of the Year as brother Tom joins Bordeaux

Jack Willis has been named the Top 14 Player of the Year for the second consecutive season at the annual LNR awards, the ‘Nuit du Rugby’. The flanker, playing for Stade Toulousain, secured the trophy after a season featuring 23 appearances and six tries, contributing to his club's fourth successive league title.

In addition to Willis's achievement, Louis Bielle-Biarrey of Bordeaux-Bègles was named France Men’s Player of the Year, and Fabien Brau-Boirie of Pau received the Young Player of the Year award.

Furthering the Willis family presence in French rugby, Tom Willis is set to join Union Bordeaux Bègles. His brother, Jack, expressed high confidence in Tom's ability, stating, “He will be a major player for Bordeaux, this year,” noting that he has closely followed Tom's performances during his time at Saracens.
