Jackery launches HomePower 1000 Plus V2 expandable power station
Jackery has launched the HomePower 1000 Plus V2, a new modular and expandable portable power station designed for camping, RV travel, and home emergency backup. The unit features a base capacity of 1,024 watt-hours, 1,800 watts of continuous AC output, and a 3,600-watt surge rating.
To accommodate varying energy needs, the system can be expanded using 2 kWh battery packs to reach a total capacity of up to 11 kWh. The device includes an integrated uninterruptible power supply (UPS) capable of switching to battery power within 10 milliseconds during grid disturbances.
Technical specifications include lithium iron phosphate battery cells rated to retain 70% capacity after 6,000 cycles. The unit supports various charging methods, including solar and alternator charging up to 400W, and can reach an 80% charge from empty in 36 minutes. Connectivity options include four pure sine-wave AC outlets, a 140W USB-C port, a 30W USB-C port, an 18W USB-A port, and a 12V automotive outlet.
