Jackie Chan stars in action thriller ‘The Shadow’s Edge’

The action thriller ‘The Shadow’s Edge’, directed by Larry Yang, follows a crew of criminal prodigies who escape with billions after bypassing Macau’s ‘Sky Eye’ surveillance system. To capture the elusive mastermind known as the Wolf King, the police enlist retired tracking expert Wong Tak-Chung, played by Jackie Chan, to mentor a rookie officer and rebuild an elite unit.

The film features an ensemble cast including Zhang Zifeng, Tony Leung Ka-fai, CiSha, Wen Junhui, Zhou Zhengjie, and Wang Ziyi. This marks the second collaboration between Chan and director Larry Yang following their work on ‘Ride On’.

Shout! Studios will release the film digitally for rental and purchase on November 3, 2026.
