The Jackson T. Stephens Cup golf tournament is scheduled to begin Monday at Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco in Texas. The competition features top collegiate programs, including the University of Houston men's team and the University of Oregon women's team.

The University of Houston men's program enters the season under new head coach Andrew Danna. The tournament format for the women's competition includes 36 holes of stroke play on Monday followed by 18 holes on Tuesday. The top two teams will compete in a championship match on Wednesday, while the third and fourth-place teams face off in a third-place match.

The field for the women's event includes Oregon, Florida State, South Carolina, Stanford, Texas, and Wake Forest. Live coverage of the tournament will be provided by the Golf Channel.
