Jad Tariq discusses touring with Bob Dylan

Memphis-based rhythm and blues guitarist and vocalist Jad Tariq recently joined Bob Dylan’s band for a series of tour dates. Tariq, who was previously touring with blues harmonicist Charlie Musselwhite, was contacted by Dylan’s team to participate in the performances.

Tariq performed alongside electric guitarist Joel Paterson, integrating into the band's lineup during the tour. In addition to his work with Dylan, Tariq is promoting his new album, ‘Precious Company’ much of which stems from his roots in the contemporary blues scene.
