Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy urges YSRCP preparation for local polls

Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, president of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, has called on party workers to prepare for upcoming local body elections. Addressing leaders in Tadepalli, Jagan criticized the current coalition government led by Chandrababu Naidu, alleging widespread public dissatisfaction and a deteriorating law and order situation involving sand, soil, and liquor mafias.

Jagan also challenged Chief Minister Naidu to initiate a CBI inquiry into alleged irregularities regarding the DSC 2025 recruitment examination and the APPSC Group I examination. While defending the transparency of the APPSC 2018 exams conducted during his tenure, Jagan alleged that the current DSC process has been compromised by corruption and question paper leaks. He specifically cited concerns regarding recruitment processes and the potential misuse of police forces to suppress political opposition during the electoral cycle.
