Jaipur hit-and-run: Dairy operator killed by speeding Thar

A 57-year-old dairy operator, Naval Sharma, died following a hit-and-run accident in the Sanganer area of Jaipur. The incident occurred on September 19 when a speeding black Thar vehicle struck Sharma while he was traveling on his scooter.

The impact was severe, causing Sharma to fall and sustain critical injuries. Although bystanders rushed him to a hospital, he was declared dead by doctors. CCTV footage captured the collision and the subsequent flight of the driver from the scene.

Local police have launched an investigation and are currently reviewing CCTV footage to identify the vehicle's registration number and the driver. The body has been sent for a post-mortem examination.
