JP Nadda and CM Bhajan Lal Sharma lead Tiranga Yatra in Jaipur
Senior BJP leader and Union Minister JP Nadda, alongside Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, participated in a large-scale 'Tiranga Yatra' (tricolor rally) in Jaipur to mark upcoming Independence Day celebrations.
The rally commenced at the Albert Hall Museum and proceeded to Badi Chaupar. Despite heavy rainfall, a significant number of participants, including party workers, students, and citizens, joined the procession. During the event, JP Nadda paid tribute to martyrs at the Amar Jawan Jyoti memorial and met with freedom fighters.
In his address, Nadda highlighted the historical evolution of the Indian national flag, noting its constitutional adoption on July 22, 1947. He also credited the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign for transforming the flag into a mass movement. Additionally, Nadda flagged off 10 new blood collection and transport buses in Jaipur to strengthen the state's blood supply system.
