Jakarta Beat Society 2026 to host music showcase and industry networking

The third edition of Jakarta Beat Society (JBS) is scheduled to take place at M Bloc Space in South Jakarta on August 22 and 23, 2026. The event is recognized as one of the few international music showcases in Asia that combines a festival format with industry networking.

Organized by Franki Raden, founder of JBS and Director of the Indonesian Music Expo (IMEX), the event aims to bridge the gap between musicians and industry professionals. The program includes main performances, showcase sets, conferences, and business meetings designed to facilitate contracts and collaborations between local artists and international festival delegates.

This year's edition seeks to expand its reach in terms of musical genres, geographic representation, and professional backgrounds. The event is open to the public for free, offering attendees the chance to witness live performances while observing the interactions of global music industry stakeholders.
