Jakarta to host 2026 Beach National Sports Week in Ancol

Jakarta is set to host the 2026 Beach National Sports Week (PON Pantai) in the Ancol area of North Jakarta in November 2026. The event will feature 10 sporting disciplines, including aquatic sports and volleyball.

Organized through a collaboration between the Central Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI), the Jakarta Provincial Government, and PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, the event aims to boost the local economy and support small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) near the venue.

Additionally, KONI DKI Jakarta is preparing for the 2028 National Sports Week (PON) in West and East Nusa Tenggara, with the goal of securing the overall championship title under the slogan ‘Bergerak untuk Jakarta Juara’ (Moving for Jakarta to Win).
