Jakarta's Pulomas Tower to become integrated transit‑oriented development with new LRT station

The Pulomas Tower complex in East Jakarta is set to be redeveloped as a productive zone linked directly to the upcoming LRT Equestrian Station. The project supports Jakarta’s Transit‑Oriented Development (TOD) strategy, aiming to create a new economic hub that enhances mobility and stimulates local commerce.

Deputy Governor Rano Karno announced the signing of a financing facility between PT Pulo Mas Jaya and PT Bank Mega Syariah at the Jakarta International Equestrian Park. He emphasized that regional state‑owned enterprises must not only be financially sound but also act as development drivers. The collaborative financing scheme is intended to unlock asset value without relying solely on the city budget, fostering broader public‑private cooperation for strategic projects.

The initiative is expected to generate added value for the city, expand economic activity, and improve public services for Jakarta residents.
