Jake Bugg releases new single ‘Day By Day’ ahead of Alamo album

British singer-songwriter Jake Bugg has released a new single titled ‘Day By Day’ in anticipation of his seventh studio album, Alamo, which is scheduled for release on November 13 via Thirty Tigers. The new track is described as a pensive, acoustic-driven meditation on perseverance and life’s pressures, marking a return to the folk and roots influences found in his earlier work.

Alamo represents Bugg’s first project as an independent artist following his career with major labels. The 11-song album was produced by Jimmy Hogarth and Steve McKewan.

To support the release, Bugg will conduct a series of in-store appearances across the United Kingdom throughout November. This will be followed by a tour of the UK and Ireland starting December 6 at the Albert Hall in Manchester, concluding with a three-night residency at London’s Union Chapel.
