Jake Olde discusses transition to new musical project O. N. I

Musician Jake Olde has discussed his transition from his former band, Oni, to his new project, O. N. I. (which stands for "obey no illusion"). In an interview with Loudwire Nights, Olde described the change as a personal process of authenticity and a "clean slate" following a period of personal struggle, including rehabilitation for drug use earlier this year.

Olde also announced new musical developments, including collaborations with producer Jordan Fish. The project recently released a cover of R.E.M.'s "Losing My Religion," a collaboration inspired by Fish and Olde's photographer.
