Jakov Jozinović releases debut album while Croatia's Nikoleta Ivanković prepares first solo concert

Croatian singer Jakov Jozinović, a 20‑year‑old from Vinkovci, issued his first studio album "Ja za čuda letim". He announced the release on Instagram and explained the inspiration behind the title track, which originated from a conversation with Matija Cvek. Jozinović, who rose to fame with a viral cover of Đorđe Balašević's song "Olivera", has already sold out ten shows at Belgrade's Sava Centre and will perform two consecutive concerts at Zagreb's Arena on 19‑20 June as part of a regional tour.

Dubrovnik‑born soprano Nikoleta Ivanković is set to give her first solo concert, a milestone she describes as the fulfilment of a lifelong dream. Raised in a musical family and a longtime member of the folkloric ensemble Linđo, she is soon to continue her studies at the Zagreb Music Academy. Ivanković spoke about her love for music, the influence of her upbringing, and her plans for future performances after the upcoming concert.
